This is considered by the owners to be a lower level master bedroom with a closet and laundry behind it. There aren't any windows, however, so it can't legally be called a bedroom.

This is (half of) the lower level family room/living room in the owner's in-law apartment. It could be a fantastic party room with lots of open space, full bath and a gorgeous kitchen.

As I finished taking photos of the house, I realized that there are some wonderful sunsets to be seen while sitting on the front porch. The people I've met have been friendly and there seems to be a great sense of community.

The rear-facing two car garage is off of a driveway behind all of the homes. The owners have added two large storage shelves for camping equipment, decorations or other large items in the eaves of the garage, so they don't take away parking areas.
